In the process, arguing with friends and relatives. resulted in few friends moving away from me same way, I moved away from few friends.
I had kept an etiquette - I learnt in my schooling. In schooling everything we learned is best. but the world outside is complete contrary to that. SO WE NEED TO ADJUST FOR FEW THINGS.
No smoking, No drinking, Virginity till marriage. These are the basic things to implement. One need to work very hard to keep these. I AM GLAD THAT I HAVE BEEN for many YEARS AND ON...
LOVE is the only thing I am expecting from people whom I met, Whom I spoke with. but pchhh.. nobody. I am sorry to my heart.

Rough journey towards Success destination.!
Success? Can you mean it. Does the word mean it.
Does anybody get the success with journey on soft flowers. anybody???
Forget about the success achieved by others but think about where r u now.
There comes the opinions as optimism and pessimism.
Think as,
I AM AT BEST POSITION. I will continue this through out my life. will . sure. yes I am.. while writing this sentence I resolved lot of personal issues, and professional issues. This shows, If you think you are best position, then yes you are at and you can do anything..
Optimistic, selfconfidence are initiatives, but there is a chance, but next happenings may convert these things. The one who can stick to this will remain as winner himself. Not only these but the one who stick to their decisions through out their game will remain as winner himself..
Let me give example who done that way, The first one, Gandhiji, He believed in Truth, through out his life. Honesty was his policy, Ahimsa was his weapon and u know rest of the story.
Few guys may object that, u have to change ur mindset according to the Time, complying to the time. May be few guys may succeed in this way, but you know if you changed ur mindset at once, u will proceed with more changings.. and will live on like that change, change..Continuous change is required, in mind, in work, in activities- if u change once.
Success, reached by many people. but that is not final. success is, moving from one failure to another failure without loss of enthusiasm.

Creativity & Innovation are synonym words with respect to engineering. Product is the result of this. But engineer, cares more about the solution. SOLUTION to the problems in the concurrent world.
Let us start from the origin of Humans. Evolved human was nude and had to eat which was available. Mind given by god, made him to think to work towards the food. by creating a rock which could kill animal. There started the engineering. And that engineer has been evolving more towards a new world. Where we are now. Where we will be tomorrow. Is the product of solution designed by Engineer.
An architect, designer, solution provider are the positions for an Engineer. Providing solutions with clear understanding of problems, and more with the clear understandings of the consequences or negative effects of the solutions.
Engineer's job is to produce- Optimised, Perfect, Qualified, Robust, Solution for The Ultimate World.

My take on Telangana movement.
This is the correct time for every Telangana-person to fulfill his and his ancestors dream. Yes this is the correct time.
Why so much emotion about this? Why? few of my Andra friends asked me. That is the good question from their side. [[Unlike all their friends who r chanting samikyandra, which is meaningless(bcaz, no one in Telangana wishing samikyandra)... This things are going around in web world.]]
1947 aug 15, India got freedom from british rulers. but not for Telangana. Still we r celebrating India's freedom date as ours. Thanking to Sardar Vallabhai Patel all Telangana prajalu must remember him forever for liberating us from the then devil ruler nizam. Yes he meant to devil ruler. all 10 districts people(our ancestors) suffered a lot by the razakars, we can call them as daemons, monsters who horrified all people of Telangana. Let me tell you one small example given by my grandparents, " They hanged women(people of Telangana), with their long hair to the wooden hangers of the walls, and They beaten all men till their death." almost in every village of Telangana this had happened. They were/are hardworkers. As farmers, by using the water flowing from godavari, krishna, they harvested lot of crops. But all their hardwork was looted by hell devil nizam, and made lot of prosper in Hyderabad. by constructing all graves(charminar, forts) with our ancestors money. Hyderabad was prosperous with all Telangana peoples blood. They have mines, harworking labour, water, crops and good enough to live a family happily. Nizam sugar factory (Asia's second largest) was the example how Telangana people did vyavasayam. Singareni coal mines. these are enough examples. They shut down the NSF. leaving lacks of sugar cane farmers to private factories who are from andra(For ex:T Subbiram reddy). Ok let us discuss about andra later this..
Having plenty of water, mines, hardworking people where all the money going to? Ok we accept the devil ruling of Nizam but after that? Telangana got independence from nizam. but still??
Here is the problem, nizam made all T-people illiterate. Few were literate but they were good at Urdu. But people from andra were enough intellectuals and smart people. (Un)fortunately, both language was same. so then andra intellectuals asked center to make both regions into single state. and it was formed Hyderabad made as capital because it was secured and prosper city. As i said, people from telangana were not that much intelligent they could not take part in government and they succumb to others lucrative offers. Then had started the domination , and diverting the funds to their region. Few people from telangana could find this and started a movement in 1969. Very sad incident, 400 students and farmers died in that movement. Joharlu. They could not win the battle. as every one knew, smart andra people were very good at politics. And more over they started constructin projects in the border of Telangana and Andra. T-people lost their cultivate lands, but andra ppl benefited with water.
After the 1969 movement, T-people concentrated on working, silently and not thinking much about the loss. But few people who were graduates could find the things going on highlevel. So they raised their voice against politicians. in both Telangana and Coastal-Andra. THATS IT. They were given name NAXALITES. Naxalism. in my childhood, I used to listen to this every day. The red blood signs and slogans on the walls. [[That did never made me to think. As I was son of normal farmer, who was not a bhooswamy, nor a labour. We were happy with our land,water in wells and borewells]]]. So there were 3 kinds of people in Telangana going on. Normal common farmers, poor labours named as Naxalites, and few rich people. Unfortunate thing was, Naxalites and rich people were fighting amongst them. instead of fighting with the people who were stealing their water, with the funds from T-ppl taxes. It was going on silently for few years.
Since 1996, their started, the real struggle of Telangana people. Water level came to drastic low. My villagers lost lakhs of money in the hope of borewells. Unfortunate, thing was nobody knew that Drip irrigation or irrigation management from the near by (cheruve) could done by the funds from government. Instead, no politcians from our region aware of this. and it was going on like that for years.. year by year, 100's of people moving to Dubai/Gulf countries.. They had to work for one year to pay the lend for the travel only.. The real time struggle of T-people happened for years till 2006 and on.. All T-Districts ppl were there in Dubai. Namely( Nizamabad, Adilabad, Karimnagar, Medak, Mahaboobnagar, Warangal, Nalgonda..I dont know about Khammam and Rangareddy). Lakhs of people were there in gulf countries. Me and My brother did our engineering and in good position because of that money only. Sorry I am diverting to my story... .. If normal, common farmer situation like that, what about labours??? ????. But in the same period, Mr CBN constructing Hitech cities in Hyd. and fired at the farmers who questioned the increased vidyut chargies. He fired against Telangana farmers. YES. He was cruel than nizam. That is why he paid for it. In other words for andra leaders, there is nothing about Telangana politicians/people. They did not care..
Meanwhile, KCR(called as politically unemployed by andra smarts, Why KCR from Telangana only politically unemployed) started a party TRS in the guidance of prof: Jayashankar. All politically unemployed people joined this party. There was one more party. They started fighting, shouting now and then. Made Telangana movement funny. It was made funny because of YSR. (un)fortunately, this man, implemented lots of farmer freindly schemes. Whole world appreciated it. SO do Telangana people appreciated it and voted him. The next day in Nandyala he made a statement. against Telangana. blunder he did it. and he too paid for it in the same nandyala forests.(May be this is not the only reason, one more reason,he supported some utter coments made by his members, against Tirupathi venkanna and one more corruption). Watever. let us not divert it from Telangana.
Let me come to the ongoings from Nov 29, 2009. KCR started some drama as amarana nirahara diksha, I too watched that drama for a day. next day, he took juice. There comes the actual story. What do everybody meant by this??? Then OU-JAC formed. went against even KCR who tried to play with T-sentiment. moved on for days like that. KCR forcibly continued his fast like that. CM, CBN, Chiranjeevi(Chimpanji) all accepted for Telangana state formation process.. T-people started celebrating that. I too wished my relatives. There started the dominating, meaningless, cruel, unjustified, dishonest, fake drama and movement by lagdapati and his rich team.. by spending crores of money among AU students. They COPIED the movement from OU and implemented in AU. With some utter comments against Telangana. continued the way.. all political parties changed their opinions. they lead the movement of the rowdies, gundas in vizag and vijaywada. they lead the movment of factionists in Rayalseema. andra people plan was samikyandra meant, Seema+Andra. They could get it. But not TELANGANA. Now all parties, groups become single of Telangana. Lawyers in Highcourt, Engineers, doctors, lecturers, professors, students but not farmers yet because this was crop time. Now almost everyone in Telangana supporting T-state. Except few people from Hyderabad, who are multicrores, and who few s/w engineers, they are feeling that, Andra(CBN) helped them to get their jobs. (I dont say about anything about them except Telangana drohulu).
Forget it...
And one more, JP(Jayaprakash narayana) of LokSatta. made a statement, I am not against Telangana, not support samikyandra. in a way, There is no use of T-state, no loss if it formed. I accept for the statement, no loss it formed. but i donot accept tht 'no use of t-state'. I wonder, he doesnt know the importance of SEPARATE GOVERNANCE. He even fighting for local governement, but he did not accept the wishes of 4 crores. So Mr JP u proved tht u also one amng those selfish andrites. I will never ask my people to vote for loksatta.
Few of my andra friends keep on asking below,
Q) Wat u do with separate state?
A) Who r u to answer to?? It is we need a separate administration. This qutn is an insult for 4crs of T-ppl
Q) We(andra) developed Hyd with their taxes?
A) Where are the nizam prosperous properties? where is the money of Telangana lands in Hyderabad which are sold to mnc's? and one more where is the money of taxes paid by T-people? Was it used for development of villages in andra??
Q) 42 mp's will bring lot of funds to ap?
A) 42 mp's will remain same even state divides. there will be 2 chief ministers. 2 administrations
Q) Telangana will be one more jarkhand, kcr will be koda..
A) Jarkhand, per head earnings increased by 50% after state separation. Irrespective of state division there are mluti koda's already(lagdapati, jagan, cbn..so on) and all these are from andra none of these from telangana.
Q) Hyderabad will be common capital? or UT?
A) Who cares? u can make it any of these, at the eod it is in the middle of Telangana. dont forget it.
So my dear friends, dont create hurdles for the genuine, honest long Telangana movement. That will not be good for andra future. Telangana peopl will remember your cheap tricks.
Whole heartedly appreciating the OU-JAC For their honest, and peaceful movement. They could give peacefully their words to the nation even with 5lakhs students..

Being a witnes of realtime domination
People in andra may be thinking that they succeed in samikyandra. they r mistaken. they got samikyandra with andra+rayalseema. Poor people they r celebrating without knowin fact that Telangana already supported..Telangana is separated. Caz its a fact.
The population of andra are born political leaders. They try to dominate, use others for their purpose. Their attitude is proven fact.
They always unite to loot others. Till today they used Telangana to fight nation. Now They using Rayalseema to fight Telangana. ITS A FACT.
Guntur, Vijayawada is a birth place of most of rowdies. I proudly say that i studied there for 2 yrs. But I am not going back in giving that statements. One of my frnd from Narsaraopet told me a story, how his relative killed his opponent.
The sameway other frnd from rayalseema told me how, factionists behave. Ofcourse they r shown in movies.
Now they r showin their that 'isms on Telangana people. Who actually not realising the fact, that Telangana people r Honest rebels, hardworking naxals.
I am just writing this article to intimate all those guys, about Telangana. Now Naxals in Telangana is almost nill. but after this it may grow up to a extent, that targets whole andra and rayalseema. I am Sure of it.
If time comes, I will also be a Naxalite. Be a Rebel. Ofcourse pure Bhagat's fan.

I really sympathize myself, my friends and my people in TELANGANA. This is the status of our people for many hundreds of years. There is no democracy because they are not dare enough. They have the energy to fight for their state and they utilised, and it is successful.. But, but there are some Eagles, which eat the blood and flesh of TELANGANA people, abstructing the process.
There are reasons behind it, infact their quotation is this, ''Rey Andhravada, mana gati entira, boggu ganulu vallavi, Project vallavi.. so on.. manaki migiledi chikatlera??" What exactly it means... Till now we are stealing their properties, we will not have chance to theft any more.. Bloody blood suckers, human flesh eaters these andhra people.
Papam Telangana people, We\They were ruled by Nizam for hundreds of years who sucked the blood of 10 districts people, and earned assets, later which were theft by the rulers from andhra and started using the valuable resources like, coal mines, labour resources, the properties in already developed Hyderabad. and constructed the projects on our lands and utilised the water for their lands. There was no irrigation et al for our lands. in recent 5 years, YSR tried for some irrigation methods for these people. tht also not just to Telangana but equal to all 3 parts. forget it..
These people asking for their own rule, but why they are not leaving for ourselves?? what is their problem, pain???
Todays ongoings are really disturbing me. What a devil tactics playing by the devils.
Their main aim is at any cost they want to stop the Separate state. They know that there is still remained some flesh and blood to suck in Telangana. They wont let that single drop of blood.
They are playing dramas like, Samaikyandra, Telangana tammuda, Telugu tallini mukkalu kaniyyoddura.. but We Telangana people know these statements wont cure the hurt caused for many years. Wont fill blood sucked by other rulers for many decades..
At any cost separate state is needed. There is no loss to others, infact we are not asking anybodies land, we want to rule our land by our people. They are asking for Hyderabad.

Bandh in Andhra..
I was surprised and anguished by looking at the news in TV9 yesterday. There was intermediate students protesting for Samaikyandra. When reporter asked her, she grabbed the mike immediately, yelling slogans like, "Pranalina arpistam, samikyandra sadistam'', and few others yelling, 'Is andhra Sonia asset to cut'' . I really wonder how we Telangana people lived along with these Greedy, useless people for 50 years..
In the 8 crores of Telugu people 4 crores wishing their separate state as Telangana, and the other people who dont know the spelling of Telangana, are telling we will take care of you. How can we people of Telangana believes this.?
Forget it.. at any cost we Telangana people want our separate state. It is no meaning to be with those guys who fight for meaningless, dominating, Greedy aspirations..

for the better lives of TELANGANA people..
Atlast nation realized the backwardness and political incapability of TELANGANA. They not yet started the process, but these people(especially from Andhra, we understand the demands of Rayalaseema), showing their real attitude, DOMINATING others for no reason.
It is time to fight POLITICALLY. They have money power. They have cheating political tactics(proven by past leaders). I am requesting all my TELANGANA friends and colleagues we are HONEST. and we should be UNITED no matter what happens. We should play a role to let the world know HYDERABAD is TELANGANA and Vice versa.. They are unnecessarily making it complicated, they are not realising the consequences.
Ok. Ok.. I will not go further.
They have Vizag, Guntur, Vijayawada as back-up capitals. Still they want Hyderabad. It means others land. What does it mean? By DECENTRALISING the Government we can DEVELOP our 3 REGIONS, parallelly and very pace.
Ofcourse they have investments in Hyderabad, but they used our LAND for 50 years, despite being other state(prior to 1956). So will they pay RENT AND TAX for using our own LAND? We are not asking..
They are sympathizing us that, we cannot live without them. Any human being in the world accept this?
The world is flatten, YES, I AGREE, then why are they worrying,.. and playing with the sentiments of 4 crores?

Y TELANGANA??
I donot understand why people looking at KCR rather than Telangana issue. I am pure Telangana guy. It has it's own valid reasons to ask for Telangana. One here, "The region has remained backward for years, while the neighbouring coastal Andhra region is perceived to have witnessed prosperity." The statement is absolutely correct.
Let me talk in political views, There are But I really wonder how YSR(Ofcourse I am a big fan of YSR) behaves during the elections. Till the elections in Telangana was completed, he had supported. The next day in Nandyala, the real negative statements given by him. I am big fan of Congress. so because of his Grace, I am more fan of YSR. He too behaved in the same way supporting FARMERS. So I appreciate myself being fan of him. He worked, did almost everything to satisfy the people of Telangana. Yes he did.
But would he have done this if TRS was not formed in 2001?
KCR has the credit of waking up peoples mind, may because of his political benifit, but that was necessary.
But I have few questions,
This is not et al against INDIA. This is not against patriotism. We are ture patriots. ofcourse, we would like to say negihbours of our brothers in Andhra. infact, we are one more state in Andhra.
It favors India by simplifying the functionality of governments. It is important of decentralizing the government. like giving powers to sarpanch(gram panchayats). so Making separate telangana will be a step towards that.
One thing we have to realize is that Telangana people are fooling by people in Andhra. They are trying to dominate. Dominate as brothers not a matter. Dominate as a ruler matters most. Unfortunately we people believe the good words and good relations.
They are showing us our faults to shut our mouths. People from andhra are really dominating. really dominating.
My realtime observations. I born in a village near Kamareddy, in district Nizamabad. till SSC I was in my village. For intermediate I went to Guntur. Not to study in Vikas, or Vignan but to study in Vikram(few people know). I studied for two years. I really owe a lot to my lecturers and my collegemates at that time. Few of classmates were trying to raise the issues, but few other from andhra itself supporting me and ofcourse they were always with me and with us(from telangana). Nobody worriying about that.
I got a seat in Engg, in Nizamabad, it is a district headquarter in Telangana. that is in 2000. Let me tell u the status of NZB at that time. Half KM road between busstand and Railway station was resembling the state of our districts. It took 4 years to complete my BTech, same span of time it took to have proper roads.In 2004, nzb was not having proper roads(forget about central lights).
One day I thought, realized that, 1998, Arandalpet in guntur, WOW what a condition, for 10 kms of roads with centrallighting systems. Mangalagiri between Vijayawada and Guntur, it was a town was also having central lights. I hope Tenali also, one of my gud frnds residence. Infact, NZB is besides a road, NH7, which is the lengthiest road in INDIA. But who cares?? we just want your lands, we dont need ur development. I accept Guntur is great, it has longest history, If the status of District was like that, think about, Mandals, and Villages???
Ok, friends may argue, do not compare, Guntur with NZB, accepted. Can I compare, Guntur with Warangal, having greatest history of Kakatiya? The only district headquarter developed in Telangana was/is Hyderabad. They are having back-up capitals like, Vizag, Vijaywada, and even Guntur. See how dominating they are.. they not et al considering Rayalaseema.
None of the district headquarters in Telangana properly developed.
It is not jealous, it is not. It is observation, and realization. Why we are that much backward. WE have rivers flowing in our lands. but no water to use ourselves. Mines we have, but no use. Capital is in our land, but lands in capital are in others hands. Why so??..
One of my friend written a blog post, I strongly oppose Separate Telangana? I want to ask, Strong should have some valid meaning, that meaning will come with VALID REASONS. The only valid reason, They are against Telangana, is Hyderabad... Saying that we invested a lot in that.. It was having properties from the Devil ruler Nizam. He concentrated all property in Hyderabad, from all the districts of Telangana, now they are into the hands of Andhra friends. What the hectic life of Telangana people.
One more observation, since Nov 29, 2009, is that, National media, as a keen follower of NDTV & IBNLIVE, they are not et al interested in this. 3.5crores of people. That shows where Telangana stands in India. So it is time to prove, where Telangana stands. Why they are concentrating on Mumbai. Movement not only in student hands, but in employees, bearucrats. I oppose, condemn(Like a political leader), the violence, and destruction of properties. but who cares?? when nation doesnt care about we people.
My [re(quest]ions) is to Decentralize the powers. Distribute the powers. for the sake of you and your kids.
Coming to the point, TRS lost in elections, this shows the wiser thinking of T-People. They dont just vote on sentiments, but thinking about, who is capable of development. and expecting developement. YSR was trying to develop, so they believed him. But on contrary his statements in Nandyala proved how andhra leaders using T-people.
next, Naxalites, they are forming from poor people. people becoming poor, if they dominated by other's and not given proper chance. If we have our own state, we can resolve naxal- issue. Infact there are no naxals nowadays. Every village has graduates, who can look for the good future. If they have sufficient encouragement from government. Which lacks for many years.
Please Let them(us) to rule ourselves. guys.
I could give lot many reasons for separate TELANGANA, just with a life 25 years in AndhraPradesh.
Why they are hesitating in giving separate telangana knowing the facts and importance?but WHY THE HELL PEOPLE AGAINST SEPARATE TELANGANA?? There is no reason..
I can suggest one more solution, to form two states, Telangana + Anantapur+kurnool. and all other districts into Andhra.
It is not against India.
